As I used to sit whole day in office and take my vehicle for traveling.

My body got really weak and belly started increasing slowly, then time I realized I started doing exercises at home daily morning one hour 5.30 to 6.30am.

Now I can feel the change inside, its now 4 months since I started this routine exercise.

I mainly concentrate on my hips, biceps and the chest, will not use much weight.

I have two 5kg dumbbells and 2 of 8kg.

I used to take 200 pushups (25 in a group) and will do it in between other exercises.

I will do separate exercises daily one day if its for legs.

The other day I will do it for biceps.

One of the best exercise which I do is to sit in a pushup position, bend the hands (it should look like an L) should look like a plank (means flat) stay like that for more than 30 seconds or as long as you can, this might look simple but really it works for abs.
