The Full Monty Workout

By the name of my article you probably think I work out naked, but fortunately I don't.
I call it the full monty workout because I don't just work on my upper body I work on everything.
I find the easiest way to workout is in the gym.
There's people there to keep you motivated and plus you want to look good in front of the ladies.
Before I go to the gym I will usually go for a jog around my local park, lasting approximately 30 minutes.
Then from the park I walk to the gym.
I tend to run everyday and go to the gym every other day, meaning I keep toned.
My usual workout at the gym consists of weights, running machines and using my own weight i.e: press ups, chin ups, etc..
The press ups and chin ups keep my biceps and triceps toned and also help stretch out the muscles.
The running machines, rowing machines and spinning bikes help keep my legs toned and also helps me to keep the correct posture whilst walking.
Finally the weights help me to gain more power and muscle in my arms and back.
I have been doing this routine for just over a year now and the results I have gained are amazing.
