Tea gardens of Darjeeling

I like to drink green tea from the Darjeeling teagarden area of India on a regular basis. It has a delicate aroma and flavor because of the higher elevation.
You make this green tea by boiling the water first, then steeping the tea for a few minutes. Then remove the leaves by straining and let cool to a comfortable temperature.
The antioxidants help in preventing the free radicals from damaging cells in our bodies.
I drink it more when I am stressed and on a daily basis.
I usually drink several cups daily. It has helped me a lot in maintaining my body weight for the last few years.
