Targeted bodybuilding for muscle strength

I am looking to both lose weight and increase strength and endurance.
My routine is one of targeted strength exercises coupled with cardio.
I target four areas with different exercises:
For my upper body I do two sets each of dumbbell bench press, inverted rows, and arnold press.
For my arms, I do two sets each of rotating dumbbell curls and bench dips.
For my legs, I do sets of barbell squats and step lunges.
For my abs/core, I do situps and crunches.
I have also incorporated pushups for my upper body.
For my cardio routine I have been working on the treadmill by running.
I have been doing intervals of running and jogging, each day doing more running and less jogging/walking.
Generally I do my strength training one day and cardio the next, alternating throughout the week.
So far I have found that I am losing weight and increasing the amount of weight I can hold for each exercise.
