stomach vacuum vertical crunches

I’m not a person who can be named as obese but sure I have a large layer of body fat covering under my abdominal which was troubling me.
When I realized this in an office party when my colleagues advice me to take care of that area to look smart.
From that moment onwards I was running after tips to reduce my abdominal fat. Then I started a proper routine for my diet and exercises too.
I started taking a glass of warm water with lemon and honey.
Then I do deep breathing exercises for 10 minutes.
Then I do some abdominal exercises and work outs.
But I was not quite happy about the results even after continuing this for around six months.
Then I met my physical education teacher and I shared this with him. He suggested a very simple method to reduce this abdominal fat.
That is called as vacuum exercise.
First we have to inhale air until the lungs are full and then we have to hold it for ten seconds and then exhale it slowly.
This cycle has to repeat for 10 times.
And one more exercise, that is the vertical crunch.
I lie down flat and put my hands before ears and lift my legs into the air locking them at the ankles and raise my head and then lower it back.
I just don’t know which one worked for me. Now I’m with flat stomach and looking smarter.
