In the modern world, most of the people are very busy with the fast life with advanced technologies.

One of the main disadvantages of this fast going life is many health issues due to lack of exercises.

One of the easy and advisable ways to do exercise is running which I do every day.

The old people had only one option of running outside. Now, almost all the people are using running machines inside the rooms.

However, my best exercise is running outside. It helped me a lot for my health.

The best time for running is in the morning before the sunshine gets powerful and I do running every day before 8 A.M.

I start my running by 6.45 Am in the morning. I start very slowly in the beginning and increase the speed gradually.

After half an hour, I take a rest.

The way I take rest is lying on a flat place where there is grass.

I take deep breath for ten minutes and again starts running in the same way that I did first.

There are different advantages that I got from running.

It helped me to strengthen my muscles. It helped me in reducing weight and burns fat which helped me to avoid many health issues.

The most important thing that we must bear in mind is we have to use the best running shoes while running.

The main reason is that bad shoes may cause injuries to our joints of the leg and bad shoes may cause many health issues to us. I use ‘Puma ‘shoes for running.

I can say from my experience that there is no doubt that there are a lot of advantages for running and it is a good exercise.

Good exercise always helps us to retain good health.
