My abdomen workout routine

Hi
I was very much interested in writing my exercise details which helps others to maintain their body in a well fit.
The main thing which I want to decrease in my body is my abdomen. I seemed to look like a pregnant lady.
This is because of bad food habits and so regularities in work. My friends always insist me to get rid from this, after that I went for gym and asked my master to give me special attention in reducing my abdomen.
In gym, there is no particular exercise to do, but along with this, we have to do some other works outs, so that the fat will get out from the body.
Regularly used to wear electric belts for five to ten minutes after my exercise work.
I have not only used all the equipments alone also he gave me so physical exercise which is very important part to reduce the weight. Like weight lifting, skipping, speed walking for ten minutes, bicep, and above all food diet marks very important place.
Intake of non-vegetarian food reduced but not completely stopped, taking plenty of water, raw vegetables, fruits, salads and milk. Taking of rice have reduced and taken almost raw food with green leaves.
With the correct practice given by the master helps me to go reduce my abdomen in a very short period of time for about two to three months alone.
