Jogging program

2 years back i was like a filled up sack with cholesterol and sugar.
I was not able to do my regular works smoothly as I get tired up soon and I came to noticed about my cholesterol levels.
My wife was pretty upset about my health condition and she took care of my diet and waking up early at 5 am for my jogging and regular workouts.
Jogging every morning makes your day much more pleasant and energetic.
Jogging also helps to build up confidence in us and it’s also a stress and cholesterol relieving technique.
After coming from a 30 min jogging in our local school ground, I used to workout with my simple dumbbells and exercises to make my abs strong and fit.
I was getting a lot of improvement from a week after I started my regular exercises.
I used to design and make equipments for my own use and use that for my workouts.
I personally made an equipment to get workouts for my thighs.
For my biceps and triceps I used my pair of dumbbells and some workout tips I got from local gym trainer.
That was really effective and it really shows results.
In my opinion using simple exercises without using equipments are very effective even if they give results slowly.
Making these exercises a routine keeps me fit.
