Jeet Kune do exercise

Ok, so i was going to the gym which i find extremely boring 3 times a week. I wasn't able to see big difference to my abs and all of my muscles in general.
Anyway since i didn't see any difference i decided to quit. Some months after i quit i saw an old friend and he was like in shape.
I asked him what program did he follow and he said i am not going to any gym or follow any program . I was surprised that a guy with body like this wasn't going to gym.
I asked him what exercise is he doing and he said i am going to a martial art jeet kune do.
I didn't ask any more things. I just asked him how can i join to.
Now 2 years after that day i feel happy and absolutely confident with my body.
I saw huge difference from the first three months, my abs came out my chest became like hellboy's without using any protein or steroid.
I am going only 2 times a week for an hour. We learn fun stuff that makes you keep the interest into the thing and exercise.
We mostly do some running(outside) push ups, six pack abs and the rest comes by just practicing the different kicks, punches and all of the fighting.
I love it and i am sure every man will.
Also except from the shape you get you will always be confident when you are out with your girlfriend or alone, that if anything happens you will be able to face it and show them what jeet kune do means.
