HIT workouts High Intensity Training

When it comes to working out, I like to get it done and move on with the day.
This is why I choose a HIT workout routine, High Intensity Training is a series of short interval intense exercises.
Be sure to warm up before attempting this workout, it's important not to be cold.
This is a fast pace strenuous workout. I like to do the following HIT routine in succession
no rest go go go :
Bicep Barbell curls : 5@5reps per arm
Situps : 40
Bicep Barbell curls : 4@5reps per arm
Incline sit up : 30
Bicep Barbell curls L 3@5reps per arm
Leg extension : 20reps
Tricep extensions : 10reps per arm
Situps: 10
Rest 3 minutes, then
rinse with water, and repeat.
This work out done back to back and quick rate is
I have worked up to 6 reps of this workout 5 days a week.
Be sure not to overdo it the first couple times, as the goal is to be able to do this daily.
My first time through I over did it and was not able to complete the routine for 2 days prior setting me back.
It's a fast work out, that burns calories fast, and loses weight even faster.
