Health is wealth is truth. Healthy body is a result of adequate diet and nominal workouts.
I follow a fitness routine daily which includes swimming, pull ups, push ups complimented with nutritious diet.
I swim every day morning for around 1 hour. The styles I adopt are freestyle followed by breast stroke to create a balance workload for arms and legs.
Following my swimming routine I start pull ups by holding a bar above my head by both arms and by bending my legs I start to pull my body up and down.
I continue the repetition 10 times in sets of 5 therefore totally 50 repetitions. This routine helps me build my shoulder and tightens my abdomen muscles.
Most important is that I inhale while pulling our body upwards and exhale while pulling our body downwards.
Following my pull ups routine I start push ups by lying on the floor by facing down the entire body is to be rested on the floor by two hands and toe. I start to pushing up my body up and down. I continue the repetition 10 times in sets of 5 therefore totally 50 repetitions.
This routine helps me build my chest and tightens my arm muscles.
I have been following my training for the past 2 years and the results were really encouraging.
