easy home exercise
The best number one workout that I have is a very conventional workout at home.
I figure that the at home exercises gives me the most freedom and ease. I like to do it at home because I do not have to drive anywhere.
The workouts that I do at home are ones that anyone can do at their house also.
Having a basic pull-up bar at home and doing simple crunches and abs workouts.
For the abs I like to do scissor kicks, plank, and bicycle crunches.
I also have the perfect push ups at home which provide a great amount of flexibility.
I can place my feet up on a chair to add an incline, and the perfect push-ups make it a lot easier on my joints.
Having a pull up bar also at home adds a great deal of flexibility in the workout routine. Your own body weight seems to be the best measure to workout.
Having to do pull ups is a fast and effective way to feel the burn right away, and also loosen up.
Also when I am done working out, I like to stretch so I do not tighten up for the next day or tighten up later that day even.
