advanced workout routine

I have a very simple daily workout.

I wake up early in the morning, I'd say about 5 in the morning. I get properly dressed for a morning run.

I'll run about 4 to 5 miles every morning. But if I feel like running more, I'll run about 8 miles.

I'll come back to my house and hit the basement. That's where I'll be doing bench work.

For a morning workout, I only do 3 sets of 10 with the bench. But I love to do pushups. I'll do about 6 sets of 50 pushups every morning after my run.

Sit ups come next. Following pushups, I'll do about 5 sets of 100 sit ups.

I like to get my blood rushing and adrenaline kicking, so I'll do stairs for about 15 minutes.

I do about 500 jumping jacks after that.

This is only the morning workout. I do the same thing in the evening too after dinner, but instead of running 5 miles, I'll run 8 miles no matter what and come back and do my workout.

I do a lot of dumbbell lifting when I get back and I do more pushups and sit ups.

I will use 30lb dumbbells and do sets of 15 with each hand. I'll do about 5 sets of those.

I recently viewed a video on the hip hop dancing videos, so I ordered one of those, I think it'll be easier than most of the things I do.

If I can do that everyday, I think it'll make me look better, at a quicker pace. I'm only 20, so I'll be working out like this for a while.
