abs front plank on ball
I like to split my workout.
I usually dedicate one day to one muscle group and two days for abs and i feel that this workout routine is good enough.
So pick two days of the week for abs and cardio exercises.
Cardiovascular exercises are important as they will help you burn the belly fat so that the underlying abs structure can be seen.
And make sure that the two days of abs workout are well spaced out so that the muscles get time to recover.
Muscle building workouts often leave the muscles fatigued.
Here are some of the exercise you need to combine on those days to make the best ab workout for men.
Exercise for the best abs workout: front plank on ball:
This sounds easy but is quite difficult to do. Here you are supposed to rest your hands on a flat bench and your feet on the exercise ball and then contract your ab muscles.
Hold this position for 60 seconds and repeat it.
Exercise for biceps: stand up with your torso upright and a dumbbell in each hand being held at arms length.
The elbows should be close to the torso. The palms of your hands should be facing your torso. This will be your standing position. while holding the upper arm stationary, curl the right weight forward while contracting the biceps as you breathe out.
Continue the movement until your biceps is fully contracted and the dumbells are at shoulder level.
Hold the contracted position for a second as u squeeze the biceps.
Slowly begin to bring the dumbbells back to starting position as you breathe in. repeat the movement with the left hand.
This equals one repetition.
Continue alternating in this manner for the recommended amount of repetitions.
You can make up your bicep easier than the abs.
