24 Exhaustive Minutes in 24 Hours

Most of us are so busy in our lives that we hardly take care of our body. The result of such ignorance can be fatal.

Each and every one of us should make it a point to keep time for body workouts and exercises.

Exercise is an important part of my routine. As soon as I wake up, the first thing I do is to stretch my body and do mild sit ups.

Then as soon as I get down from my bed, I do the reverse sit ups on the edge of the bed.

This mild workout helps me to get rid of the compression that my muscles have undergone throughout the night.

After freshening up, I go out for a jogging, which may last up to 10-15 minutes not more.

Remember that jogging is a tool to warm up your body and is extremely necessary before performing any heavy exercises.

After coming back after jogging, I do mild exercises like sit ups, push ups and pull ups.

So I don’t really need any gym equipment for my exercises. Hence, one should not carry the notion that work out can be done only on the gym machines.

Most of us find it difficult to give time for exercises and workouts in the morning.

So I would suggest them to shift their timings in the evenings. 6-8pm is the best time for jogging and these mild workouts in the evening.

So I would conclude by saying that just give some time of your day to your body and I assure you that you can see the difference within 3-4 days.

You will start feeling more active and your concentration level will also rise considerably.
