200 push ups

Everybody knows that health is wealth but I must say having good figure is also very essential for men. Friends don’t be afraid, it’s not even very tough.

Today I’ll tell you the simple way for body building that I’m keeping regularly.

I like the free hand exercise most. I know I’m able to build muscles, chest, abs & biceps even better without having any weight lifting.

I’m maintaining a simple routine for improving figure.

For improving chest & abs I take 200 push ups daily morning & 150 back push up that help me to improve my arms very much.

I take 30 set with parallel bar for improving my whole body shape even muscles.

Then have a good nutrition food with breakfast for developing myself.

It’s very simple to me & saves my time.
